Experience the charm of the South in this beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, ideally located just 1 mile from the heart of downtown Auburn. This stylish condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests, making it perfect for groups looking to enjoy all of Auburn. Step inside and be greeted by a bright, coastal-inspired interior that perfectly blends Southern hospitality with modern comfort. You’ll love being just a 10-minute walk from the famous Acre Restaurant and other local favorites.
Carter and Andi met while in school at Auburn University and working at Acre Restaurant. The couple enjoy spontaneous dinners at favorite restaurants downtown, or grilling out with friends at the house. Andi is a nurse and Carter is a Realtor. Two kids and two dogs keep our house full of love. Cooking meals and sharing fine wine together is a favorite pastime. All interaction is preferred through the app directly.
Walking distance to many downtown restaurants and attractions. Auburn University's main campus is within an easy 15-minute walk.
