Cozy 2nd floor apartment is a breeze to find, conveniently located less than a mile from the nearest highway. Very quiet at night, with your own private and secured entrance. 24 hour CCTV security on property and a dedicated parking space. Owner is on-site during the day and just a quick message away from all your needs.
Thank you for checking out my place. I purchased this building with 3 apartments in 2023 and we recently decided to venture into the Airbnb space with this particular unit. It was all redone and is brand new. We are very successful with a place in Aruba and are keeping the trend going here at home. We enjoy hosting, its working out great and go the extra mile for all of our guests. Have a question? Just ask, born and raised here in New York and have lots of tips, tricks, and connections!
