Welcome to our cozy condo in Sedona! We’re delighted to have you as our guest. The space includes a queen-size bed with a high-quality mattress, a lavish 1-bedroom, and an elegant marble bathroom. There's a TV in the bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, and more. Unique amenities include 100 cable TV channels, a Roku/LG TV where you can add your own subscriptions like Netflix, laptop workspaces, free WiFi, bright lighting, adapters, and charging outlets, as well as an ECOBEE SMART thermostat. The premises feature a seasonal pool, a BBQ grill, free on-site laundry, free parking, an outside bike rack, and an EV charging station. After a day of hiking, return to a spotless, well-equipped condo with all the comforts of home. Enjoy a long hot shower thanks to our new water heater. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking gourmet meals, complete with spices and all the essentials. Relax and watch your favorite movies on cable TV or streaming channels like Netflix and HBO Max. Plus, you’re just a short walk from fantastic restaurants and shopping. The complex offers outdoor patio seating with BBQ grills for cookouts, and we provide chairs (in the closets) for you to sit outside and gaze at the star-filled Sedona skies at night. Guests have full access to the community pool, BBQ area, shared decks, grilling stations, and fitness center within the condo complex. Other Things to Note: - Pool: The seasonal pool is open from March through October ( solar heat), depending on weather conditions.

Our condo is within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, a golf course, bike shops, and convenient and local grocery stores. You'll be just minutes away from fantastic hiking and biking trails. Enjoy our community amenities, including communal BBQ grills in several public areas. Most of the condo units here are vacation short-term rentals, so you'll meet friendly tourists from around the USA and the world. There's also a shared community outdoor pool just across the street on Cortez Drive. Also, rest assured, the neighborhood, Sedona and our condo complex are very safe and secure. Enjoy your stay!
