PLEASE NOTE THAT MINIMUM RESERVATION IS 30 DAYS. This house is equipped with some new furniture including Sony 70 inch OLED and new super comfortable sofa. We have a doggie door in the kitchen for medium sized dogs but please let us know if you are bringing a dog so you can be approved. You can walk to the biggest mall in Ventura, the brewery, Denny's, Mexican across the street, donuts, chipotle etc. Parks are nearby. The beach a few minutes away
Co host lives within a few feet away and is always available for anything you may need including local recommendations for food, cleaning service, etc
Neighborhood is safe and within walking distance to parks, restaurants, the main mall here and other commercial locations and hospitals and clinics
