The apartment is situated in a quite walkable neighborhood. Close to shops restuarants movies 5 min away. It's backs onto over 40 acres of greenspace. So wildlife, deer turtles, wild turkeys, you may see through certain times of the year.
I have been in property management for many years. Love to explore new cities and continents. Enjoy hosting, and meeting people from all over the world.
Home of the walking dead is a short 15 min drive away to check out the set and town of Senoia. If your a fan its worth a day trip you can book a guided tour. Nic and Normans Restaurant serves great food. Trillith movie studios were all the marvel movies are made is in Fayetteville, it has many restaurants and the first automated grocery store in America is situated in this funky upscale area. Peachtree city is worth a visit book a golf cart not just to play golf, but to explore all the miles and miles of hidden golf paths all over the town to take you to the many lakes, restaurants, shops,and parks.. Fayetteville has a really nice downtown area with restaurants micro breweries, water park for the kiddies, while you grab a craft beer watching them run and play there is also a doggy parks for the furry friends. .
