Welcome to your perfect beach front vacation! Our modified charming turn of the century 1900's beach cottage has all you need to relax and unwind directly on the beach. 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a new kitchen, very large deck and all the amenities you could ask for. Walk to the public beach, the splash pad or either of the two amazing seafood restaurants all within a few feet. Wake and fall asleep to the peaceful sound of ocean waves--the beach is calling.

Neighbourhood information

Located only 15 minutes from New Haven and Yale, we are 1 block from the public beach, two amazing seafood restaurants (The Sandpiper and The Lobster Shack), the splash pad (great for kids!) and several local parks (Lighthouse Point Park is fantastic). There are many great day trips you can take if you are feeling adventurous, like taking a water ferry through the thimble islands in Branford, checking out Hammonasset state park, Silver Sands State Park, Mystic Seaport or Block Island, grabbing a drink at one of the local breweries or grabbing the best slice of pizza you have ever had in New Haven (Frank Pepe vs. Sallys up for debate!). Our beach home is only 10 minutes away from New Haven. You can take the MTA from NYC or the train from Boston or Providence easily- all 3 locations are only 90 minutes away. Uber is very prominent in the area. We have parking at our location for your car as well.
