Hello, we would be honored to host you in our Boston (Hyde Park neighborhood) home! Second floor sunny 3 bedroom unit. Owner lives on premises so any concerns/needs will be promptly tended to. In Boston and walking distance to bus line. Washer/dryer in unit with laundry detergent provided. One off street parking spot and plenty of on street free parking. 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Our bathroom provides shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion for use during your stay. Kitchen has pots, pans and basic spices for any cooking you'd like to do. Furnished perfectly for a clean & clutter free space! We aim to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
During your stay we are one text away for any questions or concerns. We encourage guests to reach out to us via the booking app. We started doing short term rentals in the fall of 2023 and have enjoyed it! It has been a learning experience and we are always working at making our property & your experience better!
Quiet neighborhood, mostly families. Ross Park is 2 blocks away- a quick 5 minute walk to a playground, basketball court, tennis court and track to walk. At the beginning of the street is a convenience store. Grocery store 1/2 mile away, as well as a Starbucks, Planet Fitness gym, Burger King, Dunkin donuts, CVS. We have a few very delicious restaurants within 1 mile of us!
