Discover a stunning condo in Chandler, AZ, just 5 mins from downtown and 20 mins from Phoenix & Scottsdale. High vaulted ceilings & spacious living room create a warm ambiance. Large master bedroom with queen bed & office corner. Spiral staircase leads to a home theater with popcorn machine. Kitchen with bar top, cookware, Keurig coffee machine & K cups. Upgraded bathroom with new stand-up shower. Furnished outdoor balcony with privacy shades. Quiet neighborhood with pool & hot tub.
Arizona local who enjoys the outdoors and hobby projects! I'm not far from the unit so I can assist with most issues pretty quickly. Feel free to ask me any questions about the condo!
Neighborhood is quiet and conveniently tucked behind a business plaza away from the main road. There is a park behind the property and a gas station within walking distance from the community. Available parking in front of unit, covered parking space is adjacent to the unit.
