You accept liability for any damage and injuries. Also, it is your responsibility to take out the trash and dispose of it if you are staying for two nights or more. The guests may dispose their garbage in the Frazier park market dumpsters on Mt Pinos Way and Laguna Trail. The air condition is remote and provides cooling through the ceiling fans. The heater is also provided by the wall control. The windows and doors should not be left open for safety reasons. The house should be left in the same condition as was provided to the guests. It should be clean before leaving and the dirty linens should be left at the washing machine. All the damage caused to the property will be brought up to the guests attention for the repayment of damages caused. Please don't leave the garbage outside for the safety reasons, as there is wildlife around. The personal drawers are out of access. Thank you.
