Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cozy vacation home in quiet Cocoa, Florida. Enjoy the heated jacuzzi(included) and large pool (heating available for an additional cost). Hang out with friends and family on the beautiful patio with a large and comfortable dining table and a 58" TV. Conveniently located just 35 minutes from Orlando Airport and 20 minutes from the beach, it's the perfect setting for unforgettable gatherings with friends & family.
All major facilities and shops like Publix, Walmart, Aldi, CVS, PostOffice, gas stations, etc. located within 15 minutes by car. Fay Lake Wilderness Park with 2 playgrounds within walking distance. You have the opportunity to take a kayaking tour to the amazing glowing waters of Florida's own Bioluminescent Bay in the Indian River Lagoon. Sent every evening throughout the year. This is Florida's # 1 Bioluminescence Tour!
