Nestled in the serene landscape of Lake Harmony, our Lake Escape is a haven for adventure and relaxation. This spacious home, sleeping 14, is a stone's throw from ski slopes and the tranquil Big Boulder Lake. Bask in the warmth of our sunroom or enjoy BBQs on the deck. Each bedroom offers comfort and privacy, while our fully equipped kitchen and cozy living area are perfect for group gatherings. INTERIOR SPACE ✔ Kitchen with pots/pans, blender, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, electric kettle, utensils, cookware and serving dishes. Spices and oil provided. ✔ Large wooden dining table, seats 10 ✔ Sunroom with two TVs ✔ Laundry room with detergent provided ✔ Finished walk-out basement w/ a pool table, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, sitting space and TV. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS | 5 Bedrooms | 3 Full Bathrooms ✔ Bedroom 1: Main floor bedroom has King Bed with adjoining full bathroom, complete with soaking tub. ✔ Bedrooms 2 & 3 (Second floor): Room 2 has two Queen Beds; Room 3 has a Queen bed and Twin Bed. There is a full bathroom on the second floor. ✔ Bedrooms 4 & 5 (Basement): Room 4 has a Queen Bed and Full Bed; Room 5 has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed. *Please Note* Rooms 4 and 5 are adjoining, and you need to walk through room 4 to get to room 5 (a nice option for families!). There is a full bathroom in the basement. Other things to note 1. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property (please leave your furry friends at home). Evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home may result in a fine. It may also result in the removal of guests from the home. Thank you for understanding. 2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are found, the guest will be charged a fee. 3. For your safety, we do have a security camera (exterior only; there are no cameras in the home).
