Welcome to the Roosevelt Park area. Perfectly positioned on a quiet street with 2 sidewalks, next to a park on a double lot with private fire pit. Small fenced area connected to back door to safely let your pets out. Located between Lake Michigan, Muskegon Lake, and Mona Lake, it is perfect for summer activities. Walking distance to Community Center Pickleball Courts and Roosevelt Community Center. Smart photo frame with updated local activities such as comedy shows and restaurants for a year around fun ideas. Mulberry trees on the edge of the property bring wildlife such as deer and turkeys to enjoy.
Heather and I have been married 15 yrs and have 2 boys. The boys really enjoy the playground next to the house. There is a great view of the park from both of the living rooms. Heather and I will communicate through the app for your safety and security.
The next-door neighbor is the coolest person you will ever meet. He knows everything and everyone in the neighborhood, from the mail carrier to the garbage collector. If Paul is outside, they stop to chat. Our driveway holds up to 3 cars, and with the double lot, there is ample parking. Please enjoy the sidewalks on either side of the quiet street.
