If you are traveling alone or with a small group, the place is excellent for a cozy, comfortable stay on a low budget. Within walking distance to parks & shops Located near UHS Hospitals, Binghamton University, BCC, Enjoy Golf Course, Binghamton Airport and many restaurants and shops. Close to Owego. Enjoy many restaurants like Tully's, Fire and Ice, The Pour House, etc. Convenient ego, Tioga Downs Casino, Endicott, Vestal and Binghamton.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD City neighborhood in Johnson City. Quiet, residential area which borders surrounding small cities of Endicott, Vestal, Binghamton & Endwell. SAFETY No one has access to the home except for myself, my fiance and son who may access the home during the day. I will be available if needed. I have a small office in the home & will be there on occasion or stop to say hello.
