Sweet, compact studio with everything you need to enjoy your time in Burlington. Tucked away on a quiet, residential dead-end street, central and close to all amenities. Walk, bike or drive to bike path, Lake Champlain, Oakledge Park, coffee shops, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Downtown Burlington is a 5-minute drive! Perfect space for 1 or 2. Queen-size daybed doubles as cozy seating during the day and comfortable sleeper at night. Desk/workspace. Full bath and kitchen. Enjoy!
