Brand Brand New! Fully renovated modern farmhouse style in coveted Tanglewood Resort area. *** Now comes with access to Swimming Pools at Tanglewood Resort. Multi-level outdoor pools and a new indoor lap pool and Hot Tub. NOTE: Guests use of resort pools are subject to ALL Tanglewood resort Rules, Regulations and Policies. *** Other resort amenities: PickleBall, Fitness Center, Bicycle rentals, Golf and Restaurant discount rates. This stylish house has 11 beds and accommodates 14 (See Bedroom configurations to plan sleeping arrangements). Awesome game room w/ shuffleboard, Foosball and arcade games (NFL Blitz & Golden Tee) with a wet bar and a Kids Kave ; ). Relax In the spacious and open living/kitchen area; front porch; elevated back deck or backyard by the firepit. House is within walking distance to the Tanglewood Resort which has golf, sports bar and steakhouse, as well as Highport Marina! Security: We have 3 exterior-only security cameras. One on the front porch/entry area; one on the back deck and one on the BBQ grill area.

Nice Homes nestled in the hills of Tanglewood edition less than 800ft from the waters edge; 1/2 mile from Tanglewood resort and less than 1 mile to Highport marina and boat launch on Lake Texoma. Tanglewood Golf Course is in this neighborhood about 1/2 mile away. Beautiful wooded and hilly neighborhood great for lazy walks or jogging. Golf carts/UTV's and 4-wheelers are also a great option for touring the area.
