Come stay in this cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhouse, designed to make you feel at home while visiting Gainesville. One block to Depot Park, a few blocks to the downtown Gainesville scene, Shands, and UF, this renovated home boasts comfy memory foam beds, a full kitchen & more. Professional cleaning service before/after every guest. I'm a Gainesville native (local for 11 years here before taking off to explore SF, NY, Miami, and the rest of the world) and fly-by-the-seat of my pants traveler always on the lookout for the world's best foods, sunsets and places to explore. I love spending time in nature, practicing yoga, swimming in the ocean, training handstands and of course, tasting yummy foods. Happy to share recommendations or tips on what to eat and where to be :) The entire place is yours, including the interior house as well as the half of the yard on your side of the duplex. Washer /dryer may be available upon request.
This home is on the edge of Porter's Community, an "up & coming," multi-cultural / diverse neighborhood. The neighborhood is made up of mostly locals / residents, so please be respectful of the neighbors. It's super close to downtown, UF, and Shands. Uber, bike or even walk!
