Extra off-street parking available in front. Do not block sidewalks or park on neighbors’ side. 🏡 Inspect & report damages within 2 hours of check-in to avoid responsibility. Before check-out: clear sinks of dishes & remove excessive trash. 📝 Only registered guests may stay; unregistered guests = cancellation without refund. Reservation changes within 14 days of check-in are not allowed. Travel insurance recommended for unexpected changes. 🔒 Garage & owner’s closet are locked and alarmed.
