The Penthouse Apartment is located on the 2nd floor (only accessible by stairs), above a Spa, in a remodeled 100-year-old building in the rapidly redeveloping Southside neighborhood of Chattanooga. Restaurants, bars, and boutique shops are all minutes away by car.
I designed this Penthouse as a welcoming place for rest, healing, joy, and a place filled with love. The rooftop deck, whimsical artwork and attention to detail will hopefully spark joy in your soul and inspire you to relax. Whatever your style...unplug in the spa downstairs, relax on the couch beneath the sky light, or rent a bike and cruise the Riverwalk. My Favorite Activities! Hiking (Glen Falls is only 3 miles from here) Biking the River Walk (bike rentals only 1 mile from here) Walking the Pedestrian Bridge (set your GPS to Coolidge Park) The Spa (just a hop and skip downstairs) From our family to yours, thank you for being our guest. Enjoy!
Our lovely penthouse is located 1 mile from Main Street, 3 miles from Downtown and 3 miles from Glen Falls Waterfall on Lookout Mountain. A super short car trip, and you are in the heart of the action. City noises and lively characters can be seen/heard from time to time in our rapidly redeveloping Southside neighborhood. We’ve provided sound machines, black out curtains, and old school earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.
