Condo is fully equipped for a stay. Sleeping for 4 ppl - Bedroom with Queen bed + Living Room with Pull out sofa bed - full size. Aventura is afluent, safe and highly sought after city to live. Walking distance, 1 block to: Aventura Mall, Publix supermarket, shops, restaurants, several banks, Home Goods & Marshalls. Close to I-95 that takes to downtown Miami or Ft Lauderdale. In between 2 airports: Miami and Ft Lauderdale. Note. Resort Tax & CC Transaction fee on CCs may apply at check in. No CC fees on Cash, Zelle, Venmo
