This property located in the design district of Miami, is a new space, on a 9th floor with beautiful views of the city, side view of the bay, and the center of the building, the pool. It has resort-style amenities. The apartment has been furnished with the comfort of our guests in mind, for a relaxing stay after a busy day in the city or at the beach. We are only about 10 minutes by car from Miami beach and about 15 minutes from Downtown. very important: By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following house rules. To ensure an exceptional experience for all guests and staff, please read and follow the following house rules. # 1: Before confirming your reservation, we require that all guests provide photo identification and undergo a light background check. The person whose name appears on the reservation must be the person registering and must be over 21 years of age. VERY IMPORTANT: ✔👀 the main guest authorizes by sending a photo of their ID and an email address to perform a light background check. If you do not meet this requirement, you cannot enter the property.✔

Close to our apartment you will find only about 2 blocks the most famous luxury stores in the world: Gucci, Fendi, Givenchi and all the stores in the Miami Design District shopping center, Famous restaurants, museums and other attractions of the place, in car about 10 minutes you find Wynwood, or the mall of Midtown, about 15 minutes you get to the famous and white beaches of Miami beach or Downtown. In about 15 minutes you can get to Mall Aventura and do your shopping in the best stores.
