Visit our gorgeous five-bedroom, three-bathroom home that is designer-decorated with a new pool and jacuzzi!  All furniture and furnishings are new as of Sept 2023 This is a single-story home. There are two Cal-King master bedrooms, both of which have en-suite bathrooms. There are 2 more Cal-King Bedrooms and 1 queen that all have access to a hallway bathroom. All bedrooms have 47'' LCD TVs. The bathrooms are all upgraded with tile floors and quartz countertops. Beautiful LVP floors run throughout the home. Spacious open-concept main living room. Beautifully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table for 10, with additional seating at the kitchen counter. The Main Living Room and dining room has a 75" TVs, other bedrooms have 65" TVs. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is also provided. A full-size washer and dryer are in the garage as well as a full-size pool table. In addition, the house has Central Air & Heat. The couches have pullout queen sleeper sofas. The home has patio and outdoor seating with a grill to enjoy the outdoors.  Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82 This house SLEEPS 12 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. 3 Night Minimum Rental No Outside Music of Any Kind  No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras.
