Located in historic Monrovia, this 1 bed+1 bath unit is all about convenience and comfort. Equipped with washer&dryer, fast Wi-Fi, cable TV, full kitchen and dedicated workspace for remote working guests. Netflix and Prime Video available. All fenced yard provides top security to guests. 1 dog under 15 lb is OK albeit with extra charge. Walking distance to various eateries and supermarkets, parks, movie theater.. Whatever your needs, we are honored to be considered for your next visit to LA.
As a working professional with flexible working hour, I have the possibility to become a host of short-term rental property. I look forward to meeting people from different cultures and all walks of life and striving to provide great hospitality to our guests. I prefer texting and I always respond quickly. Located in the historic district of Monrovia, the neighborhood is rich in architecture style and old charm rare to find in new developed housings. Treelined streets, mountain views, short distance to hiking trails to the north and old town monrovia to the south makes this house the ideal location for getaway or remote working situation.
