Welcome to Dock Sun Point! This four-bedroom, two-bath barndominium is the perfect lakefront property! This home has been remodeled with new flooring and updated furnishings and is decorated with a Southwestern theme. Located on the southern end of the lake, you are right around the bend from the stunning Smith Mountains! On the entry level, you have a comfortable, stylish living room with a TV, seating for the whole family, and two sliding glass doors leading out onto the back deck. The back deck is the perfect place to enjoy the sun setting on the water, flip burgers on the gas grill, and eat dinner at the outdoor table and chairs. The dining room is open to the living room and kitchen. A large spacious kitchen will be equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals while on vacation. Off the kitchen is a bedroom with a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Heading upstairs, you have the remaining bedrooms the main bedroom that has a sitting area and a private deck with views of the lake. There are also two guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom with a standalone shower. Downstairs is set up as the perfect hangout spot! Enjoy the game on the TV while relaxing on the sofa bed or sitting up at the bar. The bar has a mini-fridge, a speaker system, and bar stools. Challenge your friends and family to a game of foosball! The lower level is completed with access to the washer/dryer. The sliding glass doors will lead you out onto the lower patio which has a stand-up patio heater, outdoor chairs, and a bench swing. Sunbathe, fish, and tie your boat up for the week (lift not for guest use) on your private dock. Drop the two provided kayaks right off the dock and paddle around the quiet cove. Cap off a summer night by the firepit roasting marshmallows and making memories with your friends and family. THINGS TO KNOW Max occupancy is eight people over the age of two years old (county and state law).
