The house is well located, at walking distance from a large mall, and close to U of A and Tucson downtown. The bedroom has a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. Safe area & street parking. A bus stop next to the house leads you directly to U of A. A nice shaded terrace with plenty of tables and sitting space is also available. The pool is available from May to the end of September. The room has a comfortable queen bed, WiFi, a walking closet, a mini-fridge, and a microwave oven.
