Howdy, y'all! My name is Ava. I am a Nashville native and am so excited for you to get to experience my hometown! I love trying new restaurants around and am always checking out Nashville Guru for the new places and different events. I probably check it more than I leave home - I am such a homebody truly and love spending my free time on the couch with my sweet fur baby, Crosby. He is the most beautiful, kind, and sweet (I may be biased lol) German Shepherd - although I think he thinks he's a human haha.

We personally designed and decorated each of our apartments to provide you with a luxurious boutique stay. We have spent extra time and attention to detail to help make sure your stay is as accommodating and comfortable as possible. We want your visit to be as close to perfect as it can be so you can spend your time enjoying all that Nashville has to offer! If you have any questions, I am always just a call or text away!

Our luxury apartments are located at the intersection of the Germantown and Buchanan Arts District neighborhoods of Nashville! GERMANTOWN: Named for the European immigrants who first settled here in the mid-19th century, Germantown is a historic community on the National Register of Historic Places located just a few blocks northwest of downtown Nashville. BUCHANAN ARTS DISTRICT: Centered around Buchanan Street just northwest of Germantown, you’ll find the Buchanan Arts District - one of Nashville’s up-and-coming areas. It has quickly become a haven for artists and designer businesses and is one of Nashville's hidden and eclectic gems. THE NEIGHBORHOOD(S): A laid-back attitude with lots of local flair blossoms in the Germantown and Buchanan Arts District neighborhoods while being on the edge of downtown Nashville.
