Stepping inside the soaring ceilings and open floor plan provides a sense of spaciousness that brings the outside tropical setting inside. An open entry, dining, kitchen and great room adjacent to the terrace and pool, provides a tremendous sense of freedom, warmth, and relaxation the moment you arrive. The private heated swimming pool provides year-round use and extends off the courtyard terrace that adjoins the main house great room. The property offers privacy, surrounded by tropical landscaping overlooking a canal in the rear of the property. The patio is an ideal location for dining and entertaining at sunset or under the South Florida stars. Over 2500 sq. feet of air conditioned flexible living space, comprising of three guest rooms including a master West-Wing suite with a private en-suite bathroom and shower, while two guest bedrooms in the East- Wing share a full bathroom with bath/shower.
