Best location! Within 3 blocks of all downtown amenities, including City Beach, Sand creek Trail, boat launch, restaurants, bars, The Hive and the Panida entertainment venues and more. Roof top Hot tub with privacy and bbq. Fireplace, fenced yard, artistic home with beautiful touches. Solar Hot Water heat for the the environmentally conscious. 40 restaurants within a 4 block radius plus lots of retail shops and entertainment. You can't find a better location for all Sandpoint has to offer. Note there is a separate unit upstairs with a separate entrance. It can be rented separately and combined with the downstairs unit for larger groups.
I love introducing visitors to Sandpoint. I'm happy to help guide you on how to get the most out of your stay. We built this place, our dream house, in 2016, while our kids were growing up. We hope you love it as much as we do. I am the longest serving mayor in Sandpoint's history until the end of my term in 2024. Like most, I was drawn to this place for the mountains and the lake. We absolutely love all that Sandpoint and the surrounding area has to offer.
House is right downtown. 5 minute walk to all the best spots, including Farmer’s market, beach, entertainment, shopping , pubs, winery and bars. Sandpoint is a walking town. All the best amenities are within a 5 minute walk. Including downtown shopping and entertainment district, city beach, marina, Festival at Sandpoint, bars, breweries and more. Sandpoint is best to enjoy by bike. You can't rent bikes at the Outdoor Experience on 1st Ave if you need. Walk 2 blocks down Pine St. to Action Watersports and rent whatever you need to explore one of the largest lakes in North America. You can launch right out their back door.
