This property is undergoing major rehab; the pictures reflect the condition before rehab started—expected completion: March 8th. Furniture will be delivered and ready for pictures the 2nd or 3rd week of March. You can reserve this property beginning April 4th, 2023, to give us plenty of time to have it 100% ready for you! Pets are allowed for 75/stay. The property will have central heat and air, all-new paint, all-new floors, 2nd full bathroom upstairs, laundry room, and it will be tastefully furnished. Free wifi/smart tv. Beds will include one king, one queen, and a full/twin bunk bed in the three rooms upstairs. The living room will have a smart tv and sleeper sofa. The property is within walking distance of downtown Delavan and all the restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Down the street is the mill pond: a swimming area with a small beach managed by the City of Delavan and monitored by lifeguards.
