This is a centrally located 1-bedroom apartment in a duplex historic home in the heart of downtown Hobart. The property is 2 blocks away from Lake George and its lakefront promenade and 5 minutes walking distance to the beautiful Festival Park where the Farmers Market is open once per week during summer. It is close to City Hall, Police Station, Post Office, movie theatre, banks, numerous restaurants and small businesses. Off street parking available for one car.
Mihai enjoys being a host to many people in the downtown Hobart apartment. It is best to communicate through the bookings website, but if needed, we can talk and text via cell phone as well.
Downtown location, close to restaurants, Lake George promenade, park, movie theatre…. Walking is probably how you will enjoy downtown Hobart. Driving is always an option, if you need to get to the hospital (4 min away) or shop for groceries at Strack and Van Til.
