Thanks for your interest in this bespoke, and beautifully custom apartment located in downtown SLC. This complex boasts some of the best amenities in the city. Enjoy a sunset from the rooftop pool (heated and year-round) or enjoy the pool table or bowling alley! This apartment comes with everything you need to cook, and with a fully stocked bathroom. This is your place to relax and recharge! Contact us if you need any additional services during your stay such as mid-stay cleaning! You will be emailed a property manual on the day of check-in which outlines the wonderful features of this property, a guide to local places of interest and also the various rules which need to be adhered to for the benefit of residents and guests. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities.
