Guests will receive a rental agreement and a copy of the credit card authorization which must be signed and returned to the property at least 24 hours before arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
In order to complete the check-in process, guests are required to provide a photo ID and a selfie with identification at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
For all reservations, a credit card copy is required if your reservation has any additional fees such as a pet fee, a late arrival fee, a reservation extension or a damage deposit.
All long-term reservations over 25 days will need to complete the long-term lease, renter profile, rental agreement, credit authorization form and background check.
