This gorgeous 3bd/2ba condo has been completely updated. The entire condo was freshly painted and all new furnishings were added in the Fall of 2021, along with new windows, a new AC unit and HW heater in the Summer of 2022. Enjoy all the comforts of home in this elegant condo at the beach. This unit comfortably accommodates 8 guests with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This 3rd floor unit (sorry no elevator) is a short 10-minute walk to the beach (approx. 1/2 mile) and features a large screened-in porch overlooking Dunes Lake at Dunes Golf & Beach Club. This beautifully updated unit has vinyl plank flooring throughout the main level, an updated kitchen, 4 flat screen smart TV's, free Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer & dryer. Located in the popular Shore Drive section of the Grand Strand, Dunes Pointe provides you with a great place to experience a Myrtle Beach vacation. It is surrounded by a salt water marsh & fresh water lakes and is a short 10-minute walk to the beach (approx. 1/2 mile).
