This Property is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood. The Property itself is nestled on a quiet Cul de Sac and is a Guest house separate from the Main home. You have your own home and privacy.
Extremely Safe and Quiet Residential Neighborhood, Very close to Beaches, 45 minutes from the Hamptons, Lots of shopping malls, restaurants close by. 10 minutes from the Long Island Rail Road.
