Cozy 2 room efficiency, lots of natural light, in grand recently renovated 1927 home in Downtown Durham historic Trinity Park, walking distance to Duke campus, parks, restaurants and bars, theaters and much more! Located on the 2nd floor, there is one generous size bedroom with high ceilings, a second flex room (sleeper sofa, TV and table for eating or working), full bath and small room with dorm fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Off street parking. Pet friendly. No smoking on premises.

Neighbourhood information

Historic Trinity Park is one of Durham’s most sought-after neighborhoods, both for its historic architecture and prime location. The tree lined streets connect to parks, Duke’s East campus, and right to the heart of downtown. I love that I can enjoy the peace and quiet on my street, and within a 5 minute walk be in the middle of everything.
