The La Palme complex also offers you THREE tennis courts to practice while you gear up for the BNP Paribas Tournament. Excellent location including: across the El Cielo street from the PSP airport, food and conveniences; 1.5 miles west on Ramon will take you to downtown PSP, east on Ramon takes you to cities in the Coachella Valley. Ideal rental for remote workers, contract workers, traveling nurses, and 30-90 day vacationers. Please note that the condo is situated near a medium-sized road, and while the community offers a peaceful atmosphere, light sleepers may experience some traffic noise. White noise machines are available upon request to ensure a comfortable stay. Summer Utility Surcharge For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a USD500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.
