Beautiful two bedroom apartment in the 2nd floor of a private home. Under 30 minutes to Times Square by car and under 50 minutes by public transportation. Trains 2 and 5 within 9 minute walk and quick access to NYC Buses. Quick access to NYC Water Ferry. Within 10 minutes walk from Parkchester Shopping Center. Bars and restaurants nearby. The home is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Fully loaded kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, Smart TV, WiFi. Free Parking!

Near Parkchester shopping center and direct access to all public transportation. Walking Distance to the Bronx Zoo, Botanical Garden, Fordham University, Einstein & Montefiore Hospitals.
