Elegant, 3 BR 3 BA, 1800 Sq. Ft., END UNIT VILLA * Safe, Gated Resort Community * Golf * Tennis * Pool * Water Views* This Beautiful, Well-Stocked Villa is 20 minutes outside of historic Charleston, in the Exclusive, Beach Resort community of Wild Dunes on Isle Of Palms. This home is centrally located in the heart of the Wild Dunes resort, directly across from the Resort's Golf, Swim, Tennis & Restaurants. It's a half block to the Grand Pavillion Boardwalk & 1 & 1/2 blocks to the beach access path (or use the golf cart to drive your gear right up to the dunes). When you enter this lovely home, you will instantly feel 'right at home' with the peaceful, 'Lowcountry' Lagoon water views. You'll have an spacious, easy-flowing floor plan, perfect for relaxing and entertaining friends and family. This Villa is one of the largest in Wild Dunes and is very open and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The Great Room, Dining Room and Kitchen all share this open, easy-flowing space. This 3-level Villa has 3 Bedrooms (w/ Dual Master Bedrooms), each BR has its own, private, Full Bath and sleeps a total of 8. The entire main floor is very open & spacious & there are plenty of decks and porches to relax on. We also have Extreme Blast Internet to make it easy to work from home, if you need to.
I am available most of the day via my cell phone, text or email, and we have '24 Hour Maintenance' service available for emergencies, if needed. I have been coming to the Isle of Palms beach for 30 + years, have owned two properties on the island since 2007 (sold one and bought in Wild Dunes because the amenities of this gated community are FABULOUS). So, now, we manage this property, and my mom and I come down when it isn't rented (which is not often enough)! We live about 3 1/2 hours away. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A SECURITY DEPOSIT THAT MUST BE COLLECTED AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION BY THE OWNER IN ORDER TO HOLD YOUR RESERVATION. THIS IS THE ONLY SITE THAT REFUSES TO COLLECT THIS FOR US AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION. THIS SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE HELD IN A PROTECTED ESCROW / TRUST ACCOUNT AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE VACATION TENANT WITH NO DAMAGE FOUND TO THE VILLA NOR THEFT OF ANY ITEMS, AS INSPECTED UPON DEPARTURE BY THE CLEANING MANAGER. WE WILL CONTACT YOU AT BOOKING TO PAY THE DEPOSIT THROUGH STRIPE (FREE) or PAY PAL (ADD 3 % PAY PAL PROCESSING FEE IF PAYING THIS WAY). You're only one short block to the beach, and there is an available golf cart available for your use during your stay! There are hidden walking trails interspersed throughout the community, one over a beautiful , low country lagoon, where you can watch the deer run and the snowy egrets fish and nest.
