Kara & Tyler Alden have owned the B&B since 2019. Victoriya & Stephanie are the innkeepers who will welcome our guests and provide expert hospitality during your stay.

Property information

1892 Victorian Mansion with Pioneer charms. This B&B is located in the Avenues historic district just a few blocks from Temple Square, the convention center, and the downtown shopping district. Choose from six eclectic rooms decorated with turn of the century antiques, each with a private bathroom. Our three course Pioneer Breakfast is included with each stay. Free Wi-Fi and streaming cable TV available. The historic mansion has sitting rooms, a library, dining room, and gardens and patios available for all guests. Most, furniture, and books have been collected to represent Utah and Pioneer history of the late 1800s. Our Cafe 140B is open to B&B guests and local neighborhood in our Carriage House on Fri, Sat, & Sun from 9am - 2pm.

The Ellerbeck Mansion is located in the historic Avenues District, a quiet residential neighborhood. The B&B is five+ blocks from the center of downtown Salt Lake City. Guests can walk to the Salt Palace convention center, Historic Temple Square, museums, the Family History Library, downtown shopping and dining.
