Newly Remodeled 1800 Sq. ft 4-Bedroom BASEMENT unit for entertaining or relaxation. With a beautiful open floor plan, 4 huge Bedrooms, and 2 Full Bathrooms including Tub/shower in both and plenty of beds, there is room for everyone in the family to stay. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has all the modern essentials. There is an endless supply of hot water, a 98% efficient furnace, and central air conditioning. The unit includes 2 gig Fiber high-speed internet and free WIFI. The kitchen has granite countertops, plenty of countertop space for any event, a gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker with filtered water, equipped with plates, a full set of pots and pans, a griddle, coffee maker. Bedroom Layout: The main bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom, king-size bed, LCD Smart TV with HDMI and USB, office desk, full closet and armoire, and dresser set.
