Welcome to this guest suit, the separate basement of my house with private level floor entry in a central and convenient location with easy access to everywhere. Park your cars and walk 5 min to Red Line Metro station to access downtown DC . Family friendly in a vibrant neighborhood surrounded by restaurants, groceries, shops, and schools. Easy to downtown Rockville, Sidewalks take you everywhere on foot. Equipped kitchen, in suite laundry, TV, wood fired grill, backyard, 4 parking spaces
