We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite • Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. • Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests • How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Granger St, Imperial Beach, CA 91932" for accurate distances • What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day • Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking • How’s the home cleaned? Professionally cleaned with natural products Our neighborhood is peaceful, so please keep noise levels Low. No parties or events. Visitors (non-overnight guests) are also counted in the reservation as half guests. Thank you Key-related issues: • If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside. THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA Fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove/oven, blender, toaster, cooking pans, baking trays, and essentials like coffee, oil, sugar, and salt. Modern appliances such as a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge make it perfect for guests who love to cook and dine in comfort. Dining tables and chairs inside the house give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations. THE LIVING AREA The room are air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TV you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. THE 3 BEDROOMS The bedrooms are furnished with 1 King Bed + 2 Queen beds with cozy linens and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. • Master Bedroom: 1 Queen bed with Crib • Bedroom 2: 1 King bed with Workspace • Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed • Extra Living Room: 1 sectional Couch 2 BATHROOMS Fully-stocked Bathroom with everything you need: shampoo, body wash, along with a hairdryer and fresh towels. PARKING Take advantage of driveway parking, conveniently located right outside the house for two cars LAUNDRY In-building washer, dryer, and detergent are available. REMOTE WORKING There’s likely to be someone in a group of 10+ with work to do during your stay. If so, they’ll find a choice of desks and chairs inside and outside, plus 500Mbps wi-fi, easily fast enough to make hosting an online meeting or sharing a large file with clients or colleagues easy.
