Exceptional quality, unobstructed panoramic Oceanview, three-bedroom home with AC in all 3 bedrooms and a heated pool located in Kailua-Kona. As you walk through the door and see the deep blue ocean, you have arrived in Hawaiian paradise! The home features wide pocket doors that seamlessly expand the living space out to a large balcony (lanai). Relax in your own private oasis swimming pool, lounge in the shade under a poolside gazebo, unwind in your own hot tub! All just minutes from restaurants & shopping. Air conditioning system is located in all three bedrooms. We are one of the rare homes with AC! Although no AC is present in the living room, all areas of the home have high speed ceiling fans. When the 18-foot pocket doors are open, the main living spaces are cooled by ceiling fans, mountain breezes, and remain a comfortable temperature year-round.
Courtney and I are incredibly blessed to call Kailua-Kona, Hawaii home. We're originally from Bend, Oregon. We are available 24/7 and are not happy with anything less than a truly magical Hawaiian holiday for each and every one of our guests! A couple fun facts about us: *We have three multigenerational Australian Labradoodles & 300-gallon saltwater fish tank. *We own a pretty cool furniture store in Kona: Big Island Living!
Home is located at 700 feet above sea level looking down on Kailua-Kona. We are in one of Kona's most desirable neighborhoods on a quiet street with multi-million dollar homes. Downtown is about 2 miles away via nice and easy streets. Many dozen restaurants and bars are within a mile or two. The Big Island has an endless number of activities and adventures from snorkeling and scuba diving to hiking, golf, shopping, hiking, and so much more!
