Welcome to our chic and centrally located townhouse in the heart of vibrant Colorado Springs, just a short 15-minute drive to all the city's hotspots. Nestled in a secure and serene community, this impeccably maintained townhouse seamlessly blends comfort and sophistication. Recently upgraded with state-of-the-art appliances, sleek flooring, and new TVs, the interior exudes a contemporary elegance that promises a memorable stay.
Please let me know if there is anything you need during your stay and thanks a lot for your preference.
Very safe neighborhood were banks, grocery shopping, mail offices, restaurants, fast food, gas stations, bus station, etc., are between walkable distances. Please Park only in the driveway (or inside the garage) of the property. Park on other areas is prohibit because you can block other residents from enter/exit their garages. Also, do not use the visitor parking area next to the mailbox.
