Located near City Park and LAKEVIEW neighborhood. Central to the entire city. 8 blocks to City Park, 5 min drive to Mid-City, 15 min drive to the French Quarter, Superdome, Uptown and the Lakefront. Play all around the city then relax in our completely private 1 bedroom detached home tucked away. Fully equipped kitchen with full sized washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge. parking steps from your door and Queen sized sofa bed for guests. Copy of photo ID and list of guests will be required

We are in a charming, quiet neighborhood of all residential homes. About 1 mile to city park and super close to the main interstate entrance making it a quick ride to anywhere. 1 dedicated parking spot steps away from the front door on a private driveway and plenty of street parking.
