We absolutely love the beach life and all of the water activities this area has to offer. We also are busy people that really like our privacy. This home is a private oasis on 1.3 acres with heated pool and spa. What more could a person ask for :) We are still less than 10 minutes to the beach but this opens up opportunities beyond the beach. We hope to see you soon.
Hello, I have been doing vacation rentals for 10 years. My biggest asset is anticipating guests needs. I believe this is accomplished throughout the home. A beautiful FL house to call home while visiting. Close to so many things but still offers you and your guests privacy. This house is stunning and was a true pleasure to design with the traveler in mind. Florida touches throughout the house, a serene "at home" feeling.
Private neighborhood with the beach only two turns away. Cocoa Village is also a gorgeous little town that offers shops, restaurants, bars and a beautiful park. You will love feeling like you are living like a native.
