*Entire Guest House(behind the main house) *4 hole putting green *High speed internet *6-8 person sauna *Heated Pool maintained daily not weekly like most other propertys *8-10 person hot tub *Pool Basketball *Large Game Room *Access to the Loop 139 mile paved trail, Bicycles available *15 minutes from downtown, the U of A and the airport *3 of the 40 Tucson golf courses within minutes *Stores, restaurants, biking trails, parks etc. all within 5 minutes *Golf Practice Net *Sand trap
I will be available 24/7 for what ever needs you may have and will socialize with my guests.
We are in a quiet subdivision with Rolling Hills golf course one minute away. Please note: bedroom 2 is the second floor loft that can be separated by shades this can be seen in the photos, they share the second floor bathroom. Everything you can imagine is within 5 minutes by car.
