Relax with the whole family at this peaceful FULLY FURNISHED beach house 2 minutes from private beach access. Fancy Nancy is a 3-bdrm 2-bath ocean view located in The Dunes of Crystal Beach. She is unique with a outdoor fenced doggie area and heart-warming story. Fancy Nancy opens her doors to her guests to spend quality time together and make cherished memories, whether it's relaxing on the patio/deck, cooking together in the spacious kitchen, or soaking up sun on the beach.
Fancy Nancy is not just a vacation home to our family. She is a story that pays tribute to my (Kim) beloved late mother Nancy who passed away from cancer in November 2021. Nancy was all things family and precious time and memories spent together, so Fancy Nancy does just that. She opens her doors to families and friends to gather and share precious time together. She is our family's "Why" and allows us to generously give back to other families recovering and/ or healing from the devastations that cancer can bring into their lives. So our family, Paul, Kim, Hannah, Brady, Willow, and Knox welcome you and your furbabies to Crystal Beach and if you see a red cardinal, ask that you take a minute to think of those you hold close to your heart.
The Dunes Fancy Nancy has plenty of parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway, with additional parking on the streets beside and in front of the house. Fancy Nancy is a 2-minute stroll down the street to the private golf cart beach access. Guests will need to either walk or use a golf cart or ATV to get to the beach access as there is no vehicle parking next to it. Golf Carts can be rented and are allowed to be driven on the beach. You may operate a golf cart on a roadway and ditches. You cannot operate on a highway or across the dunes. ATVS & ROVS may be driven on the beach, but they are not allowed to be driven on public roadways (includes shoulders, ditches, or across the dunes).
