Inside, you'll find stylish decor and plenty of room to spread out over three levels. The open, main living space features a full, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of mealtime seating, and a spacious living area. A brand-new wine cooler is ideal for chilling beverages for happy hour. After days at the beach, rinse off the sand in the convenient outdoor shower. Get the gas grill going while the gang streams the latest release and relaxes together on the sectional. At bedtime, guests of the primary bedroom will enjoy the entire top floor, including a seating area, private deck, en suite bathroom, and desk area, perfect for any lingering remote work. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guest accounts. There is no cable at this home. A twin sofa bed in the main bedroom offers an extra sleeping space. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
