Property information

The house is a 10-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute ride to LAX airport. It is a cozy nice place to stay for on-the-go travelers with always available complimentary coffee, water, bread, butter, and additional food on the table to start your day. Plus hand sanitation, extra blankets, mattresses & slippers, etc. are also available. Guest manual Note: The map in the app isn't the exact location as it is set to default map (meaning relatively close to the actual address). So it's recommended to manually enter the address in Google map to avoid being routed to different address. 1. Because "Economy Sharing" is a new concept away from big establishments we ask that you please do not discuss with the neighbors or other residents that you are renting a room here. If asked, please say that you are our friends visiting or company partner for a business trip. We thought of minimizing the bill by sharing unoccupied rooms reserved for our Tech from other cities when we need a backup for project work in LA. 2. the Main door of the house is located in the back house alley (NOT the main place and please don't ask the main house as the entrance is in the back alley street, go to Holly St then you'll see the alley) as you will see the 1/2 address of the house.
