We area located in the Gold Ridge Forest community, which offers an extraordinary opportunity to be surrounded with the natural beauty of the Sierra Mountains without sacrificing the comforts and convenience of urban living. The neighborhood's lush landscape, nostalgic flavor, and signature-designed homes are ideal for individuals and families interested in enjoying a simple, unencumbered experience amid a pristine setting. The community has placed special emphasis on providing enough recreational space to fully enjoy the outdoors. The Emerald Cabin is situated on 1/4 of an acre with easy access to nearby common areas. In addition, nearly 1/3 of total acreage in the community has been set aside as common green space, affording residents and visitors plenty of opportunities to appreciate the unmatched beauty of a mountain setting.
